My name’s Erika (she/her)! As a therapeutic practitioner with lived experience, I’m passionate about guiding folx through the unique process of self-discovery, personal growth, and healing. I am a queer, first-generation adult child of Hungarian immigrants. I am also a cycle breaker of intergenerational trauma. I integrate these aspects of my lived experience into the work I do with those under my care. Complex trauma has taught me a lot about myself, and while my journey was a difficult one, having experienced abuse, estrangement, and deep shame throughout my life, from childhood to adulthood, I continue to THRIVE.

I have spent over six years supporting folks who have endured the deep/lasting impacts of sexual assault, domestic violence, complex family dynamics, or childhood adversities. I know that facing these challenges takes immense bravery, and I firmly believe that you are the expert of your own healing. I’m here to help you tap into your innate wisdom. I use a trauma-informed, mindfulness-based approach that embraces the importance of the mind-body connection.
